At Mailozar, we strive to provide our customers with a reliable and transparent email marketing service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled.
- Subscription Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
- Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Customers who cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase/renewal are eligible for a full refund, provided that they have not used more than 10% of their email-sending quota.
- Beyond 14 Days or more than 10% of usage: Annual subscription will automatically be converted to monthly subscription from purchase/renewal date and cancels the subscription for remaining months. Any discount given for annual subscription will be revoked as well. Then, the amount for usage including the running month will be calculated on a monthly basis, and the amount for remaining months will be refunded in the next monthly billing cycle.
- Promotional Discounts & Trials: Payments made on discounted or promotional offers, including trial conversions, are non-refundable.
- Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payments or accidental multiple charges.
- Technical issues caused by Mailozar that prevent you from using the service, where support has been unable to resolve the issue.
- No Refunds For Misuse
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The account is terminated due to violation of Mailozar’s Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, sending prohibited content, or breaching anti-abuse policies).
- The quota is exhausted before the billing cycle ends.
